We are to guide you from your initial inquiry until the day you arrive home after treatment. We are absolutely committed to your having a hassle-free and successful trip. If you wish we can also arrange all air bookings and accommodation and any recuperative time or touring.
Our entire team - both administrative and care-coordinators in charge of the preliminary stages before treatment - and the treating doctors, nurses and support staff, are here to help you. So please do ask any questions you may have about preparing your trip for stem cell therapy and about the actual treatment itself. We are more than happy to answer to the best of our knowledge, and what we don’t know we will find out..
Steps to treatment:
1) Send your inquiry about treatment by filling in the form located on the “Contact Us” page.
2) After receiving your initial inquiry, we will send you out an appropriate medical form for your condition.
3) Complete and return, please try to include any medical reports that you feel will give us a full understanding of the condition. These may well be asked for during the admin process, so try to send copies at the beginning to make this stage quicker. We will access which geographic location and protocol would best suit your condition and wishes and arrange contact with the appropriate doctors. If there is a country that you would want or not want to go to, please let us know, this will allows us to start the process with the best clinic for you.
4) Now one of our doctors will contact you directly, through email to begin with, but if you would rather via telephone, that is fine. They may have more questions for you with further information needed or in return you probably will have questions for them.It is always a good idea to write down all your questions.
5) After discussions with your doctor and both you and they feel stem cell therapy is the correct choice for you, we will start the process moving ahead.
6) Whilst the Admin team start to process the payment and start the clinic and treatment arrangements with the doctors, your care coordinator will assist you in planning your trip. Ask them any questions you have, its our job to answer.
7) With stem cell therapy treatments, we need to have payment prior to starting treatment. This is due to us needing to have our labs cultivate and transport the stem cells for the treatment, and to make all necessary hospital/clinic bookings. There could be a waiting list for treatment, but please inquire about this with your doctor in advance.
 Once you have booked your travel and everything is confirmed, send your doctor and us your travel details, we can then arrange transport to collect you from the airport – this is part of your treatment package. Also make sure the team is aware of any dietary or additional needs. Please insure you have any visa’s or medical insureance that is required for your trip. We can advise you on where to find out about this, so just ask.
9) You have now arrived. After collection from the airport and having checked you into your clinic/hospital (hotel if outpatient), your doctor will come to meet you. The doctor and his team will be there to ensure your stay and treatment is a comfortable one. So again please do ask them about anything you want to know, they are always happy to help.
10) Your treatment is now complete. We will wish you good bye from the doctors and nurses you have been treated by, and send you on your way home. We will take you to the airport and say one more goodbye. Now you head home and hopefully start your new life with the hopeful benefits of stem cell therapy. We will check up with you from time to time to see how things are progressing.

You will be issued a copy of this certificate, which will include measures of viability and purity. This includes tests done on the cord blood before and after culture, covering amongst others: HIV, Hepatitis B, and bacteria.
The cord blood product is pure and does not contain any cells or particles that could cause an allergic reaction. Stem cells are ‘immature’, lacking the ability to be recognized by the immune system, making the risk of an allergic reaction very unlikely. The product is as safe as any blood product from a blood bank and is tested twice – before and after processing – to make sure it is free from disease and contamination before being frozen.
